Bravo! Applause! This is an outstanding write! So well conceived and thought out. It is also nicely ttimed and rhymed without any spag issues or flaws. I am impressed with your Wisdom with words, wonderfully penned. Tone and pace are suiting the theme.

"Life's cards face down, flipped over, revealed
Truth's bright inner core, kept buried, concealed
Integrity, courage, lit up tunnel's end
This 'me' etched in light became my best friend"

Excellent closing.

A well written ode to autumn. This just sings along like a fallen leaf. Brought back a lot of memories of childhood leaf piles. The rhymes and structure are very good and kept me reading to the end.
