Hi Writingfundimension,
A good tense confrontation with the demon and the possessed, and a dramatic climax with the priest confronting the truth of the meaning a 'Grace'.

"Possessed people are not evil" is a great statement to use, along with the scarey picture, to open this chapter. Thanks for your notes about an exorcism and the Sioux term--consecrated armor is so descriptive. Your "reluctant puppet" analogy is quite effective along with the tension you created. The final scene is unexpected and heartwarming--it will be difficult to top when you conclude the story. Cheers- Joan

It looks as if your story is winding down. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read. Very good imagery.

Well, we know that the priest has died, but still don't know the fate of the others. The demon may have said he didn't need another priest in Hell, but I can't believe he wouldn't jump on the chance to take Brian's soul if the chance were there. Why else would he have Rick turn on him? This was another well-written chapter. Your descriptions and dialogue were brilliant.

Hi, Lindal. Thank you so much for your insights and encouragement for my chapter. As you know with your great story, Demons never die, they only come back another day in another form.
Much appreciate it! :) Bev

Great tension and action in this chapter, Bev. I loved it. The story was well paced and easy to follow. I sure hope Father Brian hasn't gone altogether now. It would be a pity to lose him at this stage. He is doing such great work. I can't wait for the next chapter. Great thriller. :) luv jada

I enjoyed your story, and because I have scriptural knowledge,I'm au fait with your story! Your characters were quite well defined! The story was nice and tense, and maintained that tension throughout the narrative, it is well written, with a clear plot thread running through it! I was absorbed from beginning to end, good work, well done, blessings, Roy.
