Good work on this chapter. The legalese within this context of family divorce court is believable and clear. The dialogue seems "looser" and less formal. I didn't find any major errors to point out. Well done.

Ugh, Bobby is such a jerk. The fact that he doesn't believe that he is in the wrong is really scary. I really hope Anna is able to stay from him. Great chapter. No mistakes that I could find. Well written as always.

I gave this a six because, once again, you have
captured the real reason most abused partners never
leave the situation--they are more afraid of being
away from the partner than being with them. It is a
helluva way to live.

The story moved forward briskly and held my interest. I am now waiting to read how Anna progresses in her life. What new tricks will Bobby try?
A few minor points.
1. Michael fell asleep- instead of went to sleep as he is just a kid.
2.You're spoiling (him rotten)
3. the marriage is absolved- annulled?

Excellent.
The story moved forward briskly and held my interest. I am now waiting to read how Anna progresses in her life. What new tricks will Bobby try?

Bobby is a real jerk who treats his wife and child as subjects rather than family. I think Anna has a lot to worry about. Bobby will try to kill her or kidnap Michael.. He's a dangerous man.

He didn't come across as caring for his son or apologetic for his actions. The judge should rule in our favor." How distressing that Bobbie threatened her. I fear for Anna now. I fear only a bullet or him going in jail for life will stop him. You characterization of a creepy louse of a spouse is chilling to me. I loved this chapter and I'd recommend it to other reviewers.
