To me this poem feels like it is talking about a person with a mental illness, especially the 'lack of self-preservation'. The image above is stark and seems to match the 'misunderstanding of actions'. An interesting poem philosphical poem.

Dear Deepwater
Your poem gives deep meaning of human life. Actually, human life sometimes becomes like a joke because of hopelessness because breakage of hope is the cause long-lasting pain and there is difficult to recover and makes life very difficult to survive and changes into as your words picture and image of human have spoken in your poem. Very meaningful in the reality and heart-touching poem I have found after thorough study. Thank you. Kamal

I guess there's 'good' in everyone, though less in some than others. :-)
Thought-provoking words.
Maybe the bloke in the picture would feel better about himself if he put some clothes on. :-0
Cheers, Ray

I'm not sure of what you are trying to convey here but the words, together with the image, remind me of people tortured in attempt to gather intelligence. That was the first thing that came to mind.
A very thought-provoking write.

His mind lost in the translation of unspoken words --> this line made me think a lot. isn't it tragedy that we're not abole to understand the meaning, we only follow the plain spoken words?
The wellbeing destroyed due to lack of self-preservation --> and this one also developped the thought very well. sometimes we destroy ourselves in order to destroy our enemy. or we spend all our lives at work, making money for the better life, but there is no life apart from the work.
this was a very good, thought-provoking poem. loved it. well done!!

The picture you picked showed a naked man, a man who has given up on life, he has been denied, his heart broken and his words misunderstood. This shows so much emotion and in the end all his pain. To me it is quite emotional and I had pity for him. Beautiful vivid writing and I enjoyed it. Blessings

The specific man that your poem tells us about, "What good is he?" Perhaps his purpose is just being here to give us perspective. Some will see the futility of helping such a person and will abandon him. Others will help even when they know there is no hope for this person. Others will help because they believe there is always hope. I don't know the answer. The point is, there are many "lost souls" such as this man, and each of us has to make a decision, and what ever the decision we make, it will change us and we will not be the same. You pose a great question and I am sorry I don't have a great answer.

Good rhetorical questions. I dare say the answers are to himself.
A good construction with good strength in the ambiance that surrounds it.
Good write.

A thought provoking poem filled with deep underlying meanings. I have no answer. I do know the role of a man has changed with the women's lib movement. Well done deepwater.
