I love Clint! All his spaghetti western, my favorite, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. I liked him best in westerns. This is a fun poem naming many of my favorite movies. Hope you do well in the contest. Rox

'But CBS celebrates, That he was Rowdy Yates,' It would have been a six but this line wasn't slick. Sorry, couldn't resist. This is a great poem but this line did stand out and not gel, in my opinion. Good luck in the contest and thank you for sharing.

Your tribute to Clint is truly good in that you know and recite the many roles he played. The man has so much talent that he has now become an icon. His many directed pictures are proof of that. You did a great job in bringing his history forward in a very succinct poem. Good luck.

Clint Eastwood had always inspired me..tough but sincere , almost always on the right side, fighting for the helpless.
In all the films I have seen by him it is his tenacity, as pictured by his eternal cigar that has for me conveyed his depth.

Very nicely done. I like how you took Clint Eastwood and weaved a narrative of his life and his work into a poem worth framing. You took your reader down the path of memory Lane and very possibly introduced them to some works that they have forgotten or were unaware that he had ever participated in. Thanks for sharing.

This is a nice use of movie titles to discuss the career of a prolific actor such as Clint Eastwood. He had many more movies in which he acted and directed that weren't westerns. But they of course wouldn't fit into the theme of this poem.

Best of luck in the contest. Your ode to Clint Eastwood was just great. Good rhyming and listing all his films. I used to watch Rawhide, wouldn't have missed it as a teenager, he was some cowboy. Well done friend.
