Very well -written and tastefully told.
A truly believable account of what it may have been like for men going to war and leaving loved ones behind.
Formatted well and the story flows on semlesslt from the last post.

Gosh Amahra this is really really good. War is hell but still someone has to fight it. He's said his goodbyes and now is off with Pete's help.

YOu create terrific imagery in this. Terrific dialogue too. This seems like a terrific story. I will have to go back and read the fist five chapters to catch up.

""What on earth...?" Eva asked, astonished. Nathan stood dressed in his full Army uniform with one of Eva's aprons tied around his chest.
"Baby, you just sit your little tush right here," he said, guiding her to a chair." Beautiful surprise for Eva. I like your work and it's brilliant and a nice read.

I've always loved this story, from the first chapter. It continues to draw real emotion each time I read. You write so well and bring real life and historical accuracy along with it. I just enjoy your writing so.

Well you sure have my attention with this one. My sister's name is Eva, and my son in law is in the military and has already been on four deployments and he's only 24!

You continue to do a good job with this novel. I enjoyed reading this post.
"Exactly. So why ruin what few precious moments we have together?." (only the question mark is necessary not it and the period)
"What is it?" He asked, gazing at her puzzlingly. (lower case 'h' on he)
"Oh, My God, you're driving an automobile. How did you learn to drive so quickly?" She asked, gasping at the sight.
(lower case 's' on she)

That was not even fair! How are you going put
Anything short of the whole chapter? Well, you
have a good formation of writing. And it was
getting good, until you left the reader hanging!
Anyway, nice write. Keep writing.

Sorry, but I get reviews saying my chapters are too long, so that's why I shorten them. Thanks for reading.

is an interesting and touching story that occur when America entered the first world war in 1917, that expressed the deep feelings of a family and friends when they must say goodbye to a soldier, Dr Nathan, a person that they love. They were trying to show him happiness, a feeling that they did not have..
Nathan spent, the night before with Eve, trying to excuse, how sorry he was, for all his wrong behaviors in their past relations, but she asked him just to speak of love and to be together that night.
Is a toching story that led the reader with the expectation of what will be the future of Nathan a Eva and the others.
I like it
Congratulations to ,the author.
