love this poem. Its an easy, clear read, which flows very well. My take on it was if other life forms wanted to visit us, im sure these are some of the questions they would ask. But what would our answer be? I'm sure many of us would be ashamed to reply. Thanks for sharing

This is powerful, with a thoughtful message. Does earth hold war or peace? Earthlings know what we are capable of, but are we achieving the best. Your poem is excellent, filled with wonderful lines and rhymes and a smooth flowing poetic read.

Woman's balance love or war, what status does she hold
Does man hold his child this night to keep him from the cold?
Oh I hope for the good.........Love is a power I hope for the good
God bless...thanks for another thought provoker

Talking about thing outside of the box? Your poetic alliteration was good. And the planetary travel was unique. Nevertheless, your words of wisdom were earth shaking. Keep writing.

Well, DeepWater, I wish that I would have saved a six for this one. I will have to give you a five and an IOU for a six! Beautifully done, and awesome picture!

Excellent picture to complement your poem. See, I stumbled across you again. This poem rhymes and flows well too. I liked the last two lines best.

Hi deepwater - A well written poem asking a very relevant question for the times we live in. Good rhyming couplets - 'knees/peace' near rhyme. An enjoyable read. Kind regards Dorothy

Good poem, deepwater. I think you did a good job matching these words with such a unique picture -- one I have never seen before. I'm not sure if the message with intended to be disturbing or hopeful, but it got me thinking.
