I like your poem about how one has to go on, because we really do not have a choice. The show must go on, there are others to think of besides ourselves.

That there is only one fate
To live the game of life as a play
Or to take that play form the stage
So hard the loss of understanding
When darkness becomes the page
The actor turns from the stage

The implication of this poem is very sad. I think for any person to reach a point where they think they can't go on is sad. There is so much beauty in this world. One must just chose to see it. This is well done. Good luck.

Many thanks for your thoughts on this. I agree totally. While this is not biographical, it is 'real'. The worst thing is this is based on my work with teenagers... very sad indeed.
