How very moving and uplifting. I can see why the congregation complained when attempts were made to remove your letter from the bulletin board. You are right. It is very timely.

Oh, Y know so well the pain. I remember so well the times I was fired. Yes, times, it was more than two...The one that hurt the most was the year was son was entering college. God, in His infinite mercy, stepped in and all felt into place.

I'm glad it worked out for you! I really have been blessed. I've never come close to the salary or supposed prestige from the job I was talking about, but I've had lots of fun and live with mt best friend!

This is just beautiful. I love the way you wrote this letter. I'm sure it has helped a lot of people through difficult times, and helped them see that things can always be worst. We have to count our blessings. I'm glad you found your faith and everything that really counts.

What a beautifully thoughtful and well-written letter to the editor - no wonder they have it laminated and hanging in the church all these years. I cannot tell you enough how much I was moved by this - your thoughts on losing your job and then your reflections on the different people who needed prayers more than you. This truly is exceptional. What a beautifully thoughtful and well-written letter to the editor - no wonder they have it laminated and hanging in the church all these years. I cannot tell you enough how much I was moved by this - your thoughts on losing your job and then your reflections on the different people who needed prayers more than you. This truly is exceptional. Thanks B - things have turned out well for me. I've never, ever reached the salary and supposed status I once have, but what the heck - I'm happy and get to live with my best buddy!
