Do you perhaps think the gassiness comes from the food she eats? If she does not get stung by bees, she must have some sort of coat that keeps her protected.

Hi Rosemary, thank you so
much for the 5 star review.
Fartina is just a character I
made up. But I know of some
people's dogs that actually have lots of gas, lol!
Comment from GARY MACLEAN
Oh my gosh. How true this is of most dogs. They don't care, I don't think they even know. They just let it rip and boy is it fatal! You have painted a very colorful picture of a dangerous, but loving family pet.
Good job.

Thank you, Gary. I appreciate
the 5 stars. I heard pet shops
have charcoal tablets for
Fido's flatulence, very funny.
Have a good Wednesday
afternoon and evening.
Blessings ~

This children's poem, Fartina, lets the readers know about this delightfully aromatic pooch who can actually be used to chase folks away. Nice doggy.

Thank you so much for the
5 stars, Bill. Silly poem, lol!

Perhaps, Fartina is the cause of Covid-19. And I need to ask, what do you do when it releases gas. Run for the hills? Go outside? Maybe that is where your dog should reside. Cute.

Hi Tom,
I may pen some somber poems, but I have a humorous streak and come
up with sophomoric poems
too. Fartina is a character
based on two dogs I had.
I heard that you can get
charcoal tablets for gassy
dogs, lol! Thank you so much
for the five star review. All
the best ~

Hello,
An awesome entry for the Children's Poem writing prompt Contest. It flows well with beautifully descriptive words that paint a clear mental picture.
The theme about fartina the farting dog is hilarious. My grandson would love it.
The rhyme doesn'tseem forced. The presentation can be improved with a white font or a lighter background color ... it's very hard to read.
Well done! I wish you the best in the contest.

Thank you so much,
Gypsy Blue Rose. I love writing children's poems.
I feel children are very aware
of a poet's message in the
stories. I want children to
laugh at this poem. Thank you so much for the 5 stars.
Blessings to you. ~

Some dogs know how to drop these sink bombs that reach our noses and make us scatter! A fun post and kids always find bodily functions funny, love Dolly x

Thank you, Dolly! Sophomoric humor can be
fun as long as it isn't too gross, lol! I really appreciate
the 5 stars. Have a lovely
day, blessings to you. ~

That dog is your secret weapon, getting rid of salesmen and in-laws as well as wasps. Kids love fart jokes, so your silly poem should hit the spot with them.

Well, that sure is one way to get rid of unwanted people. I have a cat that can get little gassy, but, not too often. I wonder what that dog has been eating? This is such a funny read and very well done! R56ma3:Susan C.

Hi R56, Fartina is quite a
character. She loves gas
producing food such as burritos and beans, lol! Thank
you so much for the generous 5 stars, I appreciate it so much. Blessings!

Those children made of slugs and snails and puppy dogs tails - namely little boys - will love this as they are largely toilet orientated but the other lot - the sugar and spice lot - won't, probably won't.

Hi Pantygynt,
Thank you for reading my
"gassy poem," and giving it
5 stars. I agree, I think little
boys would really like this poem, and little girls, not so
much. On the poetry website
I used to be on, this poem made the list of, All-Time
Best Flatulence Poems, lol!!!
They have a lot of various
categories for poems, and I
didn't even know they had a
category for that, lol!!!

Thank you very much,
13thpoet, for taking the time
to read my, "pooty-poem," lol!
I have, sometimes, a sophomoric sense of humor,
when it comes to flatulence.
My late husband would
good-naturedly tease me
about it. Thank you for the
5 star review, I really appreciate it. Have a good
week full of creativity.
All the best. ~
