Hahahahaha!!!!!!! Oh my belly! I can't stop laughing! That is one hysterical poem, and if anyone else wins this contest, I'll never know why. That second to the last stanza I never saw it coming... and you're quite the artist too! Love the picture!

Hey, Susan, hello. Thank you so much for the awesome review and big sixer. Yeah, there's like 4 different pictures in there to come up with the one. I have an art, photo manipulation program called GIMP and I love working in that about as much as I love writing. I create a lot my own pictures. I dearly appreciate the generous rating and that you had a good chuckle at this silliness. That's all I was really going for. Have a fantastic rest of your weekend.

Well, this is not the jolly and shining Christmas poem one would expect. It is funny and refreshing. I love it as the rhythm and story go from a happy elf to one that is really pissed off!

Lol. Yep, he was an angry bugger, all right. When I saw this contest, I thought of the movie, Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase and how he got screwed over for a Christmas bonus and tried to figure out something ridiculous if someone got like a ham instead of a huge bonus they usually get.
