As you know I have had this GREAT book on Kindle for years. I wish you well, now it is in print. I know folks who have not read it, yet, will enjoy the story. Perhaps find some common areas in their own lives.

My publisher set it up. I think it's too high, but was told I'm actually only making about $5.00 on each sold book. Amazon takes some and the rest goes to printing.
