Very smooth rhyme, flow, and metre and there is some excellent advice for encouragement of others as well. Excellent poem for the contest. Best wishes.

These are encouraging words, especially that one is not trapped and there's no way out. Often feeling helpless leads to depression. Great job with this uplifting poem. Best wishes in the contest!

I loved the sentiments here, life has endless possibilities if we could just believe in ourselves.

I struggled with the metre in the 5th stanza here. Maybe:

There's always something you can do,
You're far from being helpless
you have a chance, more than just two
your moments here are endless

The author's words are interesting, descriptive and creative. I found this
poem to give great advice to all especially anyone feeling sad and blue.
I really liked the 3rd stanza which to me says change the thought! The poem flows and connects well. The artwork is awesome!
