So the Povo the killer became the victim when coming to the bar for teh purpose of killing the talking bird who must have ruined so his marriage by reporting on who he'd been with at the bar. A stranger kills Povo and saved the grateful bird.

It might be just a little too tightly written. I had to read it three times before I realized the killer was dead and Myna isn't a bird. Fix (marriage).

Very clever and concise. The bartender is usually the one who hears the secrets, watches the deals and indiscretions of the customer. At first I thought it might be about killing an annoying bird. Pleasantly surprised. Thanks for sharing. Gretchen

Best laud plans to passionate the due was foiled by a stranger never the less, Hecwas a lousy hit man sent to do a mans job.dynamite comes in small packages when you least expect it. Just saying he let a stranger get him of all things.

So Povo was murdered, but I'm not sure whether that was meant to be. I thought Myna was the target, being a bird I'm confused, but never mind. It doesn't really matter. Ulla:)))
