Intriguing write and you have an extremely individual way of expressing yourself which I enjoyed.
A standout line for me, "His whisper is a melody of faith." Such beautifully chosen words. J

A charming little verse with almost perfect unforced rhyming and a strong message of love inspired by faith. Your poem touches on the challenges that have beset you but, despite them, your belief has kept you from faltering further. Small edit: last stanza - 'choose' instead of 'chose.' This is a skilfully expressed verse fully fitting the contest brief. Well done and good luck! Debbie

Another entry in this contest tht is truly worth a win! Thank you for honoring Our Lord and not using those usual terms which are "forbidden". What could be more worthy of (the word we shouldn't say here) than giving us life from death?

If sounds like you have love to give here in your love poem. But there is some hidden anxiety in your heart it seems as your faith will not leave you in peace, I wish you luck with the contest, love Dolly x x x
