Yes, I think she lost her sister when they were in their twenties. If you read her beautiful poetry, she writes about her often. I appreciate your kindness so very much, my dear friend.

It's sad to hear about the losses she has been through but sometimes writing can definitely be a form of therapy and I think when we're writing about our own personal losses and feelings it produces our best writing. I hope Jess had a great birthday.

I didn't know too much about her, but now I do. A lovely concluding verse, too. Thanks for sharing this tribute.

No, I did not do the artwork, but I am going to start using some of Kenzie's art again. As she has had to keep her portfolio growing as she is now doing her residency now for being a tattoo artist.
