Another Christmas tale, this time with your familiar characters and of course your wonderful Eleanor who is taken back in time as she becomes nostalgic at the sight of her younger self. Your ending of course hints at further adventures as she and Charles dissolve "into shimmering light." We know that they will all meet again. Far across the Atlantic, the snow fell heavily over the (need to indicate scene change, like you did earlier)
Charles stepped closer, his voice gentle. "I captured your strength. (gentle,)
The Inspector clinked (because of 'The' inspector has a lower case 'i')

Thanks so much, Michael. I couldn't end the year without sharing some time with Eleanor and the gang. I've tossed together about four stories where they are sharing Christmas Eve and buried a few hints about the new novel to begin in January. Thank you always for all your support and kindness. I wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

I am laughing my head off, my friend. And of course, enjoying being with Eleanor once again. This is not the fourth book... but I am dropping clues of what's to come here and there so see if you can pick up on them. I've posted two sections today and am working on two sections for tomorrow. I am so close to moving into 2nd that I can hardly stand it...but I don't know if I will make it or not. I'll post another two before I leave in the morning...Happy reading..... Love ya, Carol
