Thank you for sharing your 10 word verse which succinctly sums up the sustaining power of nature and how much we rely upon it. Complemented with an eye-catching image, your poem is a strong contender. Good luck! Debbie

Yes what inspiring sentiments we read here in this very short format poem that Nature is bountiful and generous and we are the beneficiaries of this bounty

Thank goodness that she does! The only thing I worry about is, global warming may cause her to give more than we bargained for! I love her softer side! Your poem said a lot in its ten word structure. You gave the reader two sides to think about! Very nicely done! Good luck in the contest!

Nature does keep on giving and when we stop and take and breath and take a look around we will see just how fabulous it is. I really enjoyed your 10 word poem of appreciation for nature and the beautiful image to compliment.
Well done and good luck!
Best Wishes
Nicki

Yes, that is so very true. Let's just hope it will stay that way. Your ten words poem for the contest says so much in a few words. All the best of luck. Ulla:)))

Love this. And you nailed it. Nature, so far, has taken the worst (God, I hope we cannot do worse) humans have inflicted on her and keeps on finding ways to survive. And thrive.
Nice job. And nice photo!

Despite our despoiling Mother Nature, like mothers the world round, is a forgiving gal, isn't she. I recall the Valdez spilling the oil in Ak, and even if Exxon hadn't stepped in, given time the Old Gal would have purged herself of that grief, eventually

Hi if I take this write literally there would not nor will be a bigger honest truth . Nature has always been giving , still giving but how do we receive those gifts, we abuse abuse and abuse the gifts with useless destructions, killing .
Think of the number of forests we have destroyed and animals in their own habitats and whales.i do not think that those were gifts to us , we are only abusing our rights.
This giving was not only given to men but to all a creatures on earth great and small as it is said in the Bible. Men is abusing his superiority.
.the writing is certainly good but half of it is going the other way. I do apologise.

Benny

No need to apologize Benny. Get where you are coming from and I agree. Greed is another culprit. Anyway, we will do the best to keep up the fight so to speak. Have a great day.
