Gets more exciting every paragraph mate. Good work and no spags!! Wonderful! I need your help getting my stuff over onto Word so I can count the words in there and get ready for publishing. Will the publishers sort everything out if I just give it to them? I have heaps more pictures I want to add out of Fan Story seeing they don't like more than one pic per chapter. Sorry for raving.

When you first started this book, I thought there was some sort of significance to the name Blackwell...Blackwell equals Blackwater. Yep. The bard is in trouble.

Lucy is growing into a strong character and one that will shine through this story. Her persona is now set. the plot thickens as we find there's more corruption here than just an inheritance. Great story development. Its ok to let readers stew a bit over Bard's absence as that's the way life works. We can't always know everything about everyone at the same time.

I love Lucy. She is beginning to crack the case. She knows how to 'handle' a man. We are also hearing about the underside of America. This is the way the rich go . Great work.

Trying my best. Like the rapture, I'm left behind. Interesting twist, Mikey. I thought the ole' doctor would make a prime canidate from the beginning. My gut was right. Blackwell is alive, wonder where they are keeping him? So, Junior wants it all! Like your thinking to yourself in italics. The butler sang like a song bird when his balls were on the line. You took us for a ride on this one, Mikey, down the wrong turn. A good twist. Looks like there is a chain of people covering their asses, up to the law. Later Lion King, wackster

I was getting the impression that people were hoping he was alive. Hahaha. So, now I have everyone scattered all over the country. At least the Pacific Ocean isn't creeping up in the backyard...yet! Hey, check out Book of the month, Seaglass got nominated! She deserved it. mikey

Seaglass deserves it. She helped with the Cahill roast. I'm fixn' to post a chapter, finally. I wonder where they are hiding Mr. Blackwell?

5 1/2 this time. I think this just gets better and better. This chapter is action-packed. My only suggestion would be: in re-write, maybe don't tell us so much about what Lucy thinks. Let her actions show what she thinks. She is a dynamite character. I don't think you need the Bard in every chapter. The other characters are well-drawn and presented, and readers will want to know more about them, especially Lucy and Tenaya.

Interesting chapter where Lucy shows her might. Great dialogue and use of language in the narrative. Your characters sure are tough. Enjoyable read. Faye

I think Lucy is playing it right and she has Lincoln between a rock and a hard place but he will change as quick as the weather if threatened by the other side. Will the Bard find an avenue of escape for himself and Harpster? That would be cool. LOL Good job. Nancy

Nice 'good cop, bad cop' routine. Somehow Lucy pulled off playing both roles. Good job. So you've thrown us a curve by making it an arms deal and upping the stakes a bit. What happens if Blackwell senior resurfaces and declares his will null and void. That screws ruby out of his fortune. Maybe he will reconcile with her and put her in charge if the company. Good chapter. A few answers, lots more questions.
