This is one cute bunny and one sad farmer. I love the illustration that is perfect for this wonderful, lighthearted lune. The bunny looks like he's eyeing the largest carrot he can.

good luck in the contest
your syllable count spot on
your few words allow the reader to se and feel that once the rabbit has eaten the carrot a hole remains
good visual

This is a well written Lune. The description of the rabbit is clear and the artwork enhances your words. You have done a good job with this poem

I've placed garden net over my plot. Not to worry I toss out left overs for the critters. They don't have to dig or even beg. Best wishes with your entry -- and garden.

This "lune" meets the form and syllable requirements given in the contest rules. (Typo alert: "rabbits" should have an apostrophe: RABBIT'S.) Good luck, Jeanie Mercer

Nice idea for a lune but this one didn't quite do it for me. You had to squeeze too much I think, giving us 'veg' and not being clear whether the hole was in the ground or the fence.
rabbit's needs an apostrophe.
Good luck.
