Great as always. I've been away for over a month. I had to catch up on about 5 chapters. I think about all my author friends all the time and miss you all. I almost have my fifth Super Pig book ready to publish, just waiting on the artwork. I hope to have it out by Fall. I am also still very busy with my Etsy card shop. I'm having a hard time keeping it stocked. I never thought my cards would sell. I'm so shocked. I thought for sure I would have closed the shop by now due to lack of sales. I am amazed! I'm loving making the cards, but am very tired. Be careful what you wish for. =}
Anyway glad I could catch up with you. I see your book was book of the month. Isn't that like the 10th or more time for you. =} Congratulations, you deserve it. One day I hope to start posting again. I belong to another writers site, and haven't done anything there either in over a month. Some of the same people on this site also belong to that one. It's called Writer's Carnival. Lots of vampire and zombie stories. A very different group, they are really into horror, not all but a lot of them, but many are very good writers and I enjoy a lot of the stories, even some of the horror that aren't too gross. =}
Well you take care and I'll be back to read the rest of the book. I might even write something, like a poem maybe.
Take care, Roxanna

Lots of great things happening for you, Rox, and I couldn't be happier. I love that you're getting your dreams fulfilled, and I'm not surprised at the success coming your way. You're a nice lady with bonafide talent.
We'd love to see you back on the site, y'know. I miss your writing. I started with WC when they were free, but I didn't care for the format. With it's flaws, FanStory is still the best method of giving and getting reviews for our work to my mind.
Thanks much for taking time to read the chapters, especially since you're getting peanuts. Further wrapping up with the next one coming out this weekend. Then maybe two more, including an epilogue. I'm ready for a new project. This has been a long journey which I am grateful for.
Take care, Rox. Good to hear from you!

Fantastic write, Bev. This chapter kept me going and groaning. Poor Rick has little chance. Have I missed a chapter? Where did Pearce get killed. I see Father Brian is on the scene. All that dynamite makes me terribly nervous that they're all going to perish in this affair.
Well penned. luv jada

Pearce got killed in a shoot-out with Ty Longacre.
Thanks so much for this awesome review, Jada. I feel bad you got 'peanuts' for all your trouble! Hugs, Bev

Comment from Lynette Marie
A most excellent chapter! Exciting and thought provoking from beginning to end. Of course Jana would try to save her partner. This is well written and the plot line is interesting.

This chapter pulls it all together for me, especially as it pertains to Rick and Father Brian's mission. That Danica is one tough cookie. Your art work is quite different from the others, but effective as it gives us a sense of the topography and its isolated location.

Thanks so much, Dallas. I decided to try something different with the picture -- glad you noticed how it tied into the story.
Really appreciate your insights and encouragement, as always. Warm regards, Bev

I haven't read the other chapters...but I could see this becoming a tv series like Longmire...which I watch and like. Nice writing.

I'm going to need a few chapters to get the gist of what is going on. Your writing is clear and easy to read. I look forward to reading more, my friend~Debbie

Sometimes it sucks jumping into the middle of a book, but this chapter was so well written that it didn't bother me. You did a great job maintaining the pacing of the story and keeping the reader engaged throughout. I wish you the best of luck with this piece and look forward to reading more of your writing! Thanks for sharing!

Chapter 67 of the book Along the Jericho Road the rock fortress "Ih'e Moon"It is difficult to believe that I am already reading your 67th chapter of your series. I am not sure how many I have read, but I think I will be able to read all of your chapters now, because Stephanie and I are on different IP's this time. Well done.

Sorry late with this review. Have not been too well.
As usual, the work exudes total control. A calm chapter, yet not strong enough for a thorough review, but never disappointed to read anything you write.
best wishes,Bev, have a great day.

Bev..I meant ..I am not strong enough for a proper review. Ha,ha. I just re-read the comment and it may have sounded that your work was not strong enough which is far from the truth. I know not many works stronger. I am still a little weak.
Best wishes,
RG

Oh, I wasn't offended in any way, Roy! Just the fact you would review when you're not feeling well - which concerns me by the way - really touches me. I do hope you're getting whatever assistance you can to deal with your illness. Sending positive, healing thoughts your way...
