G'day Gypsy. I'm certainly no expert on this subject but a lot of women (and some blokes also) hate their bodies and that is a sad reality. Well done here my friend, very thought provoking tiny piece. Cheers Fez

The picture used for your short poem is perfect. You are right you have beautiful eyes, the first thing people notice in a person . They show all of our emotions thus they are the windows of the soul. Good luck in the contest.

Good for you. Eyes are the windows to the soul. You are right how society tries to (and does) dictate how one should feel about their body. Beautiful picture. Good job with the syllable count.

I love everything about this story. The message ...the heartfelt feeling of it... and especially, the beautiful picture of the so beautiful woman of eyes of blue it seems it can't be a real person. In all honesty, is she real or is it a fantastic painting by a fantastic artist? If she is real I think her picture should be plastered across the screen every time violence or other heartbreaking news encompasses the screen and forces man to feel bad instead of good.
