He did not deserve you. Sometimes a man does not know how good he has it until he loses it. Your feelings towards him are just what he deserves. Well written and the last line made me laugh . Congratulations on your win!

a different intake on lost love
but nevertheless it is love lost
nice work and creation
the rhyming couplets are well done
never did you stray from the title
the challenge has been met

I have to admit
a loss is usually sad
however I found humor in this entry

The speaker is a very smart woman to get away from a man that needed love more than he could give it. Although she is sad, it will not last. Maybe someone there will cause a beginning of a new love.

This combination of pent up anger and despair have made this person ready to go ballistic on the one who no longer loves her. She's given enough and won't beg any more.

I hope you win. I have got to tell you I started laughing over the artwork. It was more perfect than any I have ever seen. As I read your poem of course I was sad. Then I had to laugh again.
