I loved this poem, Susan. It is so perfectly rhymed and the meter is wonderfully musical. I could find nothing at all I'd want to change. The rhymes seemed especially original and of course, the theme is universally appealing. It is an exceptional poem in every way. Loved it!!

This poem has a very vivid and strong imagery. I couldn't help but think there is a pregnancy involved with the line, 'our passion's seed has found its need,
now sprouts in you and me.' Thank you for sharing,

Hi, Susan,
I love your interior line rhymes in this splendid poem about the adoration of a mate. I appreciate the strong imagery you bring to the page with your thoughts of wild flowers gracing a warm flowing stream along with the reflective mood of the muse.
Your poem gave me a feeling of coming spring while your tender message left me with a sigh at the end.
Beautiful work, my friend...a pleasure to absorb!
Have a great day,
Bill

Susan, this seems to me a very deep and most profound love poem. You are able with great talent to take the reader through some very thought provoking and intimate moments. Then, with a most gentle and subtle sway you bring the reader into your most poignant feelings displayed by a woman truly in love with once in a lifetime truest love.
I remember as a young boy taking those dandelions which has lost its color and life to blow those white petals across the landscape. So much fun then watching the gentle breeze having drift them away. Susan, thank you for this wonderful memory.
This poem really tugs at my heartstrings and my memory bank.
Take care my very talented friend,,,,,,,,,,,Jim

This delightful, aptly illustrated, and splendidly penned poem expresses the narrator's heartfelt wish, via the air-scattered dandelion seeds, that the loving soulmate she has found will remain with her forever. The six perfect a-a,b,c-c,b quatrains and smoothly consistent meter are proof of impressive poetic skill, but the stirring way in which the well-chosen words are combined is what earned this post the sixth star. Any decent man to whom such a superb poem is addressed has to be thrilled to the core and bursting with love in response. Thank you for sharing this word-hug, and may everyone who sincerely makes this wish see it come true in all the best and most joyous ways.

These simply rhymed abcb quatrains tells of another way to make a wish on something nature related. You can make a wish on a shooting star or on a dandelion. Sometimes even on the moon.
The speaker is one of the luck ones that has her wish come true and finds the love she is looking for.

This entire poem is wonderfully well rendered and beautifully presented, Susan.
Of all of the exceptionally well-rhymed stanzas in this, the last two were my favorites:
They bare my dreams, this love it seems
Was truly meant to be --
Our tiny seed has found its need,
Now sprouts in you and me.
With gratitude, shall now conclude
my life's forever changed --
It's only you, pulling me through,
souls perfectly arranged....
Breathtaking...
