I have not seen a poem written for this prompt yet. This was very well done. Sealed with a kiss is a great choice to use as a final line to repeat and complete your stanzas. I like that it had a bit of a rhyme to it as well.

You have written an enjoyable repetition poem about a couple who married, the marriage sealed with a kiss, and many times more their decisions were probably sealed with a kiss, until finally one of them departed.
