This seems both religious and philosophical poem. It could be the speaker is searching for faith in the sky at all times of day.

This piem is beautifully descriptive and colorful. I can see in my minds eye what is envisioned by the author. We don't know what is in the great beyond, but we can dream. Thanks fkr sharing.

Looking up at that one star that is beckoning us, is what I do a lot. At night when the sky is clear I can see so many stars and wish I could be travelling amongst them. We will all see that delight one day, until then, we must look up and dream. Your poem is gorgeous, the colour blue is used so well. Very well done! :)) Sandra xx

I enjoyed reading your free verse on blue. Your words flow well, there is great imagery, and you give readers much to think about. I like the idea of the star guiding my soul onward.

I like the image of soaring through the blueness of the sky. "Sailing through blue oceans of dreams" is a lovely line that makes me tingle, it evokes a good feeling and adds to your theme. Your words take the reader to another place.

Love the non-rhyming scheme. The illusions you create are strong and emotive. "...how to point my life toward that one, bright, guiding star

There's just nothing more beautiful to me than a beautiful sunset sky right before the nautical sunset. There's just enough light and luminescence to give us one last show. I enjoyed this so much.
