This is a good start for a 369 poem for the contest however, the rules say that you must have three stanzas of 369 each so go back and change it so would you be eligible for the contes.

Your single 3-6-9 verse makes a wonderful metaphor of sugar-sprinkled gingerbread for how the early winter scene looks. For the contest, you need two more stanzas or it will be disqualified.

Oh I love gingerbread! I think part of the reason is how it looks with the powered sugar dusted all over it like the ground under a fresh snow fall. I do need to mention that I think you need to add to your poem to meet the guidelines for the contest. You need to have three stanzas of 3-6-9 each. I know this because I did the exact same thing when I entered lol , just add 2 more stanzas and you're good to go. thanks for sharing and good luck
