Write Your Best Children's Poem
Poetry Contest
Write a children's poem in any form on any topic.
It has been alleged that men don't seem to be able to write children's poetry ... Perhaps we're too busy lifting weights to build our muscle mass or swinging from bars on the jungle gym to impress the ladies. Or maybe there's nothing in our heads but sports and cars and digging holes and stuff.
SO-- I expect us men to show these beautiful women here how sensitive and heartfelt we can be when we offer our best children's poem for their perusal. (That ought to get us a date or two, right guys? ... Thank God I didn't write that!)
Everyone is welcome to enter. Write your best children's poem, any style. Presentation is entirely up to your imagination. No prose and no cannibalism.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 90.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
