Write a story that starts with the sentence: In my world.... Your story must start with the fragment of a sentence above. You have the option to put it in quotes (for dialogue) and to change the punctuation at the end. Please add to the sentence, and the punctation is your choise. The story can be about anything but start with the fragment of a sentence above. Creative approaches are welcomed but the contest voters will be aware of the challenge made here to begin your story with the fragment provided.

Minimum length 700 words. Maximum Length 7,000 words. Recommended length 2,000 - 3,500 words.



The contest winner will win half of the prize pool of 80.00 member dollars. In this contest at least 5 submissions must be made for the vote to begin.
