Novel corona virus on the horizon,
No worries per the World Health Organization.
Sickness and death tide,
Disease spreading worldwide.
Lockdown guidance,
Follow the science.
Social distancing,
Double masking.
Businesses shut down,
Closed streets in town.
Restricted churches and beaches,
Eliminated school choices.
Listen to the silence,
Follow the science.
Government lied,
Statements unverified.
Listen to the silence,
Follow the science.
Listen to the people clamor,
It's getting louder.
