After Work Today

After work, I stopped at the grocery store. When I came
out, there were birds rummaging garbage in the parking
lot. I grabbed crackers from my lunch bag and tossed
some to the hungry fowls. That's when I noticed the
homeless couple on the sidewalk. I felt impelled to help
them.
Someone was videotaping at the time and the next day
it went viral. I was an overnight success with the video
of me tossing stale crackers to the homeless.
