A squash ball gets it's own back

Squash!

by Aussie

Strike me lucky, that sure hurt!
Humans whack me
What did I do to them?
When they hit me I go flat

Whack! I'm humming
Caught you right in the back
Hee, Hee, bet that hurt
Wanna take me on again?

I'm fast and small
You can't beat me up
Round the court I twang
Round the court you slide

I don't have eyes like you
I am a rubber, speedy ball
Fastest ball on court
Now you've been taught

Many moons ago, when I was young, I played A grade squash (racquetball) Of course I was able-bodied, trim, taught and terrific. I got hit between the shoulder blades - I didn't think such a small rubber ball could hurt so much!
