Serenity

          Special, soft and sensual feeling

          Exquisite peace from gentle healing

          Renews and refreshes like cool water

          Energizes like the joy of laughter

          Nature's beauty gives refreshing peace

          Invites restoration, so pain can cease

          Thoughtful reflection brings spiritual calm

          Yes, sweet serenity perfumes like balm.

I took this photo with my mobile phone, while enjoying the serenity of a beautiful lake near my home. Swans and ducks glide with peace and serenity, tranquilly enjoying their role in life. We humans have such trouble doing likewise.
