On Jordans Shore

I must accept what's looming near
and face it without doubts or fear.
For all I've had I must give thanks,
standing near ''Jordan's outer banks''.

Life has been dear, it has been kind,
but, doubts and fears caress my mind.
I will stand firm and keep my pride,
yet, wonder what's on other side.

When all is said, when all is done,
I'll bravely face life's setting sun.
When all my time on earth is o'er,
I'll cross to ''Jordan's other shore''.

Another night, another day-
Keep watching dear, I'm on my way.
