A word for Freind
Helen
Not of Troy
Helotes her democile
paintings fill her mind
sorrow colors her thoughts
intermixed with a dream for life
when the world will understand her
Helen loves completely
no fault will sway her devotion
no hurricane can wash her faith
she cherishes, nurtures others
Yet
she tries to hide her own pain
the deep pain beneath the surface
begging her to withdraw inside
hide herself
One day when the sun rises early in the East
She will step outside
breath the air
realize
the world needs Helen
of
Helotes
