Anyone can snap, and we need to pay attention.

The line between sane and insane becomes thinner with life's trials and tribulations. That's how it was for me. I had so much stress in my life that I snapped. My psyche was beaten up creating a breaking point that ended in violence and my death. People will remark I was the quietest person they had ever known, and that I wasn't capable of killing. Life can bring out the psychotic in the mind, and when things happen everyone is dumbfounded. Be the person who sees their friends' need help to handle their stress, you may just save some lives.
