A rhyming poem.

The Right Path.

by GG.

A trusting poor soul,
Who went by the last name of Beecher,
Was living on dole,
And possessed by a demonic creature.

Gaunt from the Haunt,
And his patience worn thin,
Wracked by the fear,
It would completely consume him.

To help with resistance,
He obtained the assistance,
Of a fraudulent exorcist teacher.

But at seance one day,
He was unable to pay,
And the last thing he heard was,
" I'M GONNA EATCHA ".

But a Pastor appeared,
With a wave of a hand,
The room was all cleared
Of darkness and general deamonics.

Beecher survived,
And was quickly revived,
To the sounds of Angelic Harmonics.

Now, bereft of the terror,
He realized his error,
That the help which he'd sought,
Was not to be bought,

He is now free of harm,
And lives on a farm,
He has ended the search,
And now is quite peaceful,
Attending his church.

Rhyming Poem contest entry

Well, it's a simple rhyming poem. It has an ok idea, though. There was a small picture with it, of a cross , 200 px, too big, replaced by 75 px that turned into a wash page size, then 10 pixels which had no effect.
Editor app tried to replace seance with another word, and advanced editor snatched a bunch of print. Is ok now, but do gremlins object to text context ? Strange stuff.
Pays one point and 2 member cents.
