Last stop

by Zaria Anderson

As I was drowning my feelings the train was making its last stop

I already packed up my thoughts and grabbed my coat

I hopped on board the smoke blurring you out

The train is no longer cherry red

just a deep blue

my tear soaked bathroom in the middle of a field, fades away

In this field, the sun never wakes or lays to rest

Everything becomes hazy

You’re on the sink

Just a wet paper ball of feelings

I had written a lot about her, even a five page letter. I decided to be dramatic and soak the letters in the sink. As I was doing that, a train was passing by. Hopefully thatâ??s a good sign.
