The bible is clear as to what land belongs to Israel.
Numbers 13:1, "Jehovah now instructed Moses, 'Send spies into the land of Canaan, the land I am giving to Israel' ."

Josua 1:2-5, "Lead my people across the river Jordan into the promised land. I say to you as I said to Moses, wherever you go will be part of the land of Israel. All the way from the Mediterranean Sea in the west, to the Euphrates River in the East, including the land of the Hittites."

It is biblically true that if Israel doesn't clear out the existing inhabitants, they will become problems.
Numbers 34:55 "But if you refuse to drive out the people living there, those who remain will be as cinders in your eyes and thorns in your side."

God even got angry with His people for not driving them all out. He sent an angel to warn them. So it is important that when evil attacks Israel, it must be completely eliminated.
Judges 2:3 "And now I no longer promise to destroy the nations living in your land: rather they shall be thorns in your side, and their gods will be a constant temptation to you."

God then declared His King enthroned in Jerusalem under Israel.
Psalm 2:6, "For the Lord declares, 'This is the King of my choice, and I have enthroned Him in Jerusalem'."

Are the nations demanding a ceasefire, acting against the Lord who is enthroned in Israel? Hamas certainly was breaking the chains.
Psalm 2: 1-3, "What fools the nations are to rage against the Lord! How strange that men should try to outwit God! For a summit conference of the nations has been called to plot against the Lord and His Messiah, Christ the King. Come let us break His chains'."
