Faith is the audio/visual monitor

Through which I know God

Through Faith I view the stars

And am assured they are His handiwork

Without Faith, neither I nor any man

Could possibly please God

But those who do see Him, as I

Are assured of guidance and reward

I shall do my best for my city now

Whilst I yearn for His City,

His buildings, His foundations

And striving towards that goal

I stand on the shoulders of

All the Prophets and ancient peoples

Who had not His written promise

Yet believed, many surrendering their lives

All reaching for that beloved city

And the New Life that is to come
