My dear Lord,

please

still my active

mind,

so I will rest well,

so when I awake in the morning

I will

feel refreshed and rested.

As my day begins,

I'll enjoy
being with others,

then I'll have a good attitude,

and I will be at peace with my Lord,

and ready to share my faith.

The last several weeks I have been having a very difficult time sleeping and I do not know what is causing it. One thing I have notice is that when I dream a lot I do not sleep well, so that may have something to do with it because I have had very active dreams during the night. This is syllable count poetry using the numbers for pi. 3.1415926535897
