Update for those who knew Walu/Feral/Fez/feralfromwalanda
Update on Fez

As most of you know by now, Rick Thwaites, for such was his real name, had a very interesting life. He touched many lives, including in the Philipines where he was living with his wife, Delia Consad. He suddenly passed away after heart failure on Saturday. He's to be buried tomorrow on his daughter, Charmaine's 17th birthday. He called her Champers because that's Philipino (I think) for Champagne... his sense of humor.
Delia said the death was very sudden and unexpected. He had survived lung cancer several times, but this time it was his heart that failed.
He leaves behind 18 people who were relying on him, including two fairly young girls and two infant grandchildren. She will not be able to keep them all. If you could please pray for the family as they make some really difficult decisions, it would be wonderful.

feralfromwalanda was a writer on this site for years. He grew up in Australia where he was a victim of very brutal child abuse. He ran away and became feral in the desert or bushlands of Walanda. He was adopted by a tribe of Aborigines that taught him their ways.
He made his way back to his old world and finally to a new life with Delia in the Philippines. He shared his writing and unique styles on here. Many on this site still remember him, so I am sending out information to update them, and to introduce him to others when didn't know him.
