Snake Nightmares

Slitherings

by amahra

Phobias Contest Winner
Sleeping, and it slithers
And generally comes when not called
Scaly and short-tempered
A death bite for us all

The head, like a penis
And its tail a whipping cord
Its hisses of sweet lullabies
Are tunes best to avoid

Another bite, another scream
But no way out of this dream

Just my sizzling flesh on fire
And a sign "Mongoose For Hire
!"
