Self help for low self esteem
Self Esteem
Once when my self-esteem
Was at its lowest ebb,
I had a wise counselor who said,
"Patricia, I want you to go home,
look in the mirror and say,
"Patricia I love you,
I want your face to agree
With what your mouth is saying.
Do this until you can look in the mirror
And honestly say, I love you."
It was one of the best things
I ever did to help my self-esteem.
