Etheree Poem - (2nd Place)

~ Red Carp ~

~  Red Carp ~
 

Pond's
surface
ruffled by
tiny movements
from red carp stirring
water as they dart and
flee, chasing and escaping
from one another while playing
hide and seek amongst water lilies.
I smile and watch, counting their bubbles pop.
