With gentle sway and sudden twist,
the horse runs in the sea.

Covered with foam and sweat, of course.
Carrying the weight of me.

We two together, move as one,
my head down on his mane.

Above, dark skies and thunder clouds,
threaten us with rain.

With majesty and power,
his senses at the ready.

We move with grace and lightning speed,
his heartbeat strong and steady.

The bond we share, unbreakable, connected heart to heart,
growing up together, a life shared from the start.

Across the fields, we fly so free, as if we'll touch the sky.
Pegasus, the winged horse, could never fly as high.

Our dreams will carry us away, there's nothing we can't weather,
as long as fate and time allow two friend's to ride together.
