This work has reached the exceptional level
Pretty sure Grandma was right all along...

Cloud-Watching

Calling all nephophiles! Contest Winner 

"The brushstrokes of angels”
My grandma proclaimed
Given days like today
She couldn’t be blamed
 
The roils and the flourish
Of Cumulus sheep
Induce flights of fancy
Recounted in sleep
 
Sandwiched Stratus layers
Ooze rainfall or snow
And nourish earth’s dowry
Wherever they go
 
High in the canopy
Cirrus streamers dance
Their artistry on blue
Whispers of romance
 
Surely angel artists
Like to entertain
The daydreams of mortals
With their cloudy strains
 
So, please always make time
To visit the show
Gallery’s e’er open
Look up and let go!
