Another great addition, Jacob. You are moving the story along nicely and keeping your readers in suspense. Will Danielle go to the place he asked? Only time will tell.
God bless,
Steve

My pleasure, Jacob.

Apparently, he just wanted to see his sister and talk to her. He evidently does not think she will understand unless she sees something for herself. He really doesn't regret killing their parents. That is scary.

A shorter chapter as Harvey is given some basic first aid and reflects sympathetically on Danielle's response to him. The nest stage for Danielle will be an interesting one. Well done, Jacob, for keeping the suspense going so well. Take care Debbie

It seems he doesn't hold her reaction against his sister. I guess he thinks if he tells her without her seeing the place where he wants her to visit what he did won't make any sense. I think she will evenually go.

This chapter lets the reader know that Harvey has learned to control his emotions, or at least around people of authority like the doctor in the prison. He still feels justified in what happened years before. Now I wonder if Danielle will send a barrage of questions over to Jeremiah, and how long before she plans a trip to the house Harvey mentioned?

I do hope Jeremiah does answer some questions for Danielle. Somebody needs to. Besides I want answers.
the doctor had asked him, after he'd sat down. (you can omit 'down', it's understood)

A good, calming chapter to ease that reader back into the story and let some of the tension go. Nice job and I look forward to seeing where we go from her... Will Danielle immediately confront Jeremiah? Will he offer any information? Will she go to the house?
We shall see....
