Somewhere just around some corner, there's a match for every heart and if we open our heart and mind to the possibilities, hopefully, we will see. A very nice poem.

    There are moments when I feel I might have missed out on having chosen to live alone with my pets.

    I have always been a loner and have never given love a chance to blossom.

    I wrote this poem in one of those odd moments.

The Speaker is hunting for a soul mate and appears to have some interesting aspects (she'll gladly cook for him and loves the outdoors). She's also an optimist, knowing "There is a lid for every pot." I enjoyed reading this Quatern. Rod

    And I do keep the house clean by doing daily chores.

    I think I have missed the boat, and anyway, I'm too old to change my habits..

    Just sometimes I feel I missed out on something important.

    Never had a relationship hence no kids.
