This has some really beautiful lines. Just love:
You are the pulse,
beneath the ground, the spark,
that stirs the phrase.
those three lines. they flow so graciously together, creating a vivid image. Gee, I wish I had written that.
Fear not, poems this good never end.

I like the way you say you wrote through every season. To record your seasonal experiences and to put your feelings down in writing is a great testament. Beautifully written. Gretchen

A poem that touched me, I especially like this line: " And ripples through
my body to the page." This speaks to me of being inspired by a loved one. Well done.

Dear Jess!
How I appreciate exceptionally well-crafted free verse poetic offerings... such as yours!
Yes! Yours is exceptional in both form and message. Alas! I am already out of six stars but know that your offering is more than deserving.
I love how you meld emotions with nature, seasons, flowers.
Thank you for sharing!
fondly,
diane

Like the hands on a clock, the cycle of the seasons continues to go round and round, changing but never-ending. It's a beautiful poem, and your choice of words is delightful. I always love what you write and wish I had the skills. The thoughts of a love one being the eternity you seek I think is an awesome ending.
Smiles, Carol

I love the flow of this poem and the twist towards the end. You pen a very creative peace. The way the poem walks through the seasons is remarkable. Well done, dear Jessica. You are an outstanding poet.

Hi Jessica,
I like that each stanza of the free verse tells of a new season. You see that these changes will never end until the sun stops rising and setting. So never ending in our minds
Keep writing and stay healthy
Have a wonderful week.

Beautiful poem. Lovely image. The one and only poem that never ends. The title alerts the reader to the possibility of a meeting with nature and what could be more powerful and inspiring as the sun. You have a lovely choice of words. Thanks for sharing.

A lovely free verse poem Jessica. The never ending seasons is a powerful image. A new season begins on the heels of the old. Well done.
Blessings

The cycle of the seasons never ends and we ride through them accepting the snow in winter, the spring flowers, summer's tiny insects and the falling leaves in Autumn. You captured the magic of each season here Jessica and I enjoyed your free verse full of activity, love Dolly x x x
